82 year old female with previous history of breast carcinoma, 3 years ago, now presents with a groin mass.
The mass is 2.7cm and the initial impression was an enlarged lymph node. The sections show a smooth somewhat lobulated surface with areas of trapped mature fat. There is no necrosis, a thin capsule is seen and there are no mitotic figures. The following immunostains were done:
CD34..POSITIVE
Desmin..Negative
SMA.....Negative
ER......Negative
PR......NEgative
