Hard diagnosis since it resembles fibrous dysplasia. Generally mild nuclear atypia with occasional mitotic figures and periosteal destruction and extension into the soft tissues.
If you face such case I strongly suggest you send it out to a specialist for a second opinion or review it on a interdepartmental consensus conference.
